1,800 SF (700 SF Renovation & 1,100 SF Addition) In Design & Under Construction
PROJECT ROLE Project Designer A 700 SF private residence renovation and 1000 SF addition located in the lush heartland of Woodland, Washington. As the project’s lead designer, I organize, present, and coordinate all aspects of the design for the Campos Family. The Campos family also represent the contractors on the project, which creates a dynamic and reciprocal relationship. This relationship allows us to create an affordable design and a design that achieves their most elusive aspirations. The design was inspired by industrial Scandinavian cabin architecture to not only contrast and compliment the rich organic environment on the site but also take advantage of vast northern views into the neighboring valley. The project is currently under construction and approaching the end of the design phase.
