I am the most fortunate of fortunate men. In this life, I have been given the greatest gifts: the love of my high school sweetheart, 2 ex-wives, 3 sons and 5 grandchildren and many friends. I have lived and worked in such places as the Ozarks of Missouri, the flat lands of Illinois, Golden Gate NRA , Joshua Tree National Park, the Grand Canyon, Harriman State Park of Idaho where the Henry's Fork of the Snake River runs through it, Yellowstone National Park and now the mountains of NW Georgia. The rivers, the forests, the deserts, the mountains have all filled my heart with joy. But there has been no greater joy than to have loved and been loved by those who have shared their lives with me. I hold those experiences in sacred memories and only hope and wish that one day, I will be worthy of the gifts I've recieved.
