Steve Potratz

Born and raised in the Dakota's. Moved to California in my senior year of HS. Met Laurie in HS (69) and were married in 71. Gifted with two children Rebecca in 73 and Steven Jr. in 75. Started Sparrow Records with artists such as Keith Green, 2nd Chapter of Acts. Moved to San Luis Obispo in 81 and started Parable Christian Stores. Started the Parable Group in 84 - a marketing group for Christian retail. Started Parable Franchising in 05 and now have stores nationwide - see www.parable.com. Blessed with four wonderful grandchildren and 40 years with my best friend. Most of all, I was saved by Grace and my greatest desire is to demonstrate my love for Jesus and the price he paid for me, through obedience and loving service to him.
