ARCA’s Training Certificate Alert Service Upgraded to Weekly Reminders

ARCA has improved its training certificate alert service by transitioning from monthly email reminders to providing weekly reminders. This enhanced service brings numerous benefits to our members, including timely reminders, increased compliance, improved efficiency, and better planning.

“I’ve already received very positive feedback from members, as the monthly service is already seen as great support. However, we felt we could improve the system by issuing reminder emails on a weekly basis,” said Satish Patel, Training Manager for ARCA.

ARCA’s Admin Team Welcomes a New Team Member

We are pleased to inform you that our administrative team has recently welcomed a new member, Eve Vanes. Eve joined us in March after having worked for a pharmacy.

Eve has an extensive background in customer service, she possesses the perfect skill set to oversee bookings for our courses, and she will manage these responsibilities for Rayleigh, Burton, Glasgow, Leeds, and Manchester.
