Schoenhut's Fancy Baby Grand Pianos
Schoenhut's Fancy Baby Grand Pianos are back!
After selling out from the supplier before their shipment even arrived in Australia last time (leaving many upset customers who missed out!), they are finally back in stock! These pianos are beautifully designed yet extremely durable and sturdy. Complete with stool and they are a great way to introduce a child to basic keyboard skills and musical concepts. Lovely chime-like tones are created by small hammers striking metal rods, the sound that makes Schoenhut toy pianos unique. The two and one-half octave span of full-width keys provides a good foundation for the transition to a larger model. They include the Schoenhut's Learning System, a play-bycolour assortment of songs, making playing simple and fun. A removable, colour-coordinated strip fits behind the keys to guide small fingers from chord to chord. The corresponding Songbook contains a collection of familiar tunes. This Learning System has been specially designed to build a child's confidence and develop basic playing skills.
Normal Price $220.00 SPECIAL RE INTRODUCTORY OFFER (ENDS 31/3) $190.00! 50% deposit required for layby (8 week terms)

Our Best Selling products of 2013! Aden + Anais Muslin wraps These beautiful wraps are adored by many A-list celebrities (even Prince George was wrapped in one of these s w ad d l e s o n his f ir s t p ub l i c appearance!) and 100s of Darwin mums alike! Available in a pack of 4 cotton ($51.95) or pack of 3 bamboo ($54.95) they are beautifully soft and perfectly breathable. Their large 120 x 120 cm size makes them truly multipurpose– use them to swaddle (even a big baby!), as a sun shade, during breast feeding, to put baby on, as a light blanket, burp cloth and more!
Aden+Anais Sleeping bags The Aden+ Anais sleeping bags are made from the same beautiful lightweight muslin fabrics as their wraps, meaning the ultimate in breathability and softness. Each bag zips from the bottom, making nappy changes easy, and has a strip of muslin over the zipper providing extra comfort. They have extra length at the bottom to allow for growing bodies (you should get at least 6 months out of each size) and a deep V-neck for total safety. $39.95 (single layer cotton muslin), $49.95 (bamboo) and $54.95 (4 Layer cotton muslin)
Peapod Bamboo Flushable Nappy Liners Our peapod bamboo flushable nappy liners ($9.95 for a roll of 100) make changing cloth nappies a breeze! They are soft against baby’s bottom, wetness goes through and holds the solids so you can just take to the toilet and flush! They can be used with any brand of cloth nappy and are also popular to be used as wipes! TO USE OUR FLUSHABLE LINERS AS WIPES... Simply mix 2 cups of hot water, 1 tbs coconut oil and 1 tbs of baby wash and submerge the liners to soak up the liquid. An empty wipes container fits the roll perfectly! This means you know exactly what’s in the wipes and the coconut oil is fantastic for preventing nappy rash, leaving the skin beautifully soft. As they are flushable, they are easy to dispose of as well.

Thank you! Last year Joel Boase-Senge the 9 (now 10) year old son of dear friends was diagnosed with a life threatening brain tumour. You may have read about him in the NT news, or have seen his story on facebook, its a story that touched so many of us as we look at our children and think it would never happen to one of our own. Once diagnosed Joel was rushed to the Adelaide hospital where he underwent brain surgery followed by intensive radiation therapy and other therapy. After a 6 month stay in Adelaide we are so happy to have Joel and his family back home in Darwin as he continues to recover. The Boase-Senge family are so grateful for the generosity of so many people, the generosity which enabled their whole family to stay together with Joel in Adelaide at such a traumatic and stressful time. Together we have raised nearly $1300 for this amazing family! On behalf of the Boase-Senge family as well as myself, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. XOXO I have now decided to dedicate our donation tin at Little Lamb to a different local cause every 3 months. Our gift wrapping is free but if you do wish to donate in exchange for this service to the current charity or cause, even if its 20 cents, every little bit counts and is much appreciated. We will have a donation tin in store dedicated to the family of Vivienne Mcnamara until July.
Vivienne's Story “Ever since Viv was born and we brought her home weighing less than 2kgs she has faced many health challenges including skull reconstructive surgery 7 months ago to correct her skull closing too early in utero (metopic craniosynostosis). Despite Viv's skull surgery being a success, she has continued to battle many health problems, and has particularly struggled to gain weight and muscle, meaning that she is incapable of independent movement at 18 months (in 5 days time). Until recently we had almost gone out of our minds trying to figure out the cause of all of her seemingly unrelated problems via running batteries of test after invasive test and countless interstate trips. However, finally a geneticist told us that quite simply everything that is presenting in her is due to a non-inherited chromosomal interstitial micro deletion (2q12.313). Finally we do not need to keep searching for a diagnosis, as the micro deletion itself is Vivienne's diagnosis. She is one of only four children in the world documented as having this condition. There is no cure, however, we have some options available to us in terms of therapy. We have to travel multiple times overseas (UCLA centre and Poland specialist camp) as the therapy Vivienne needs (neural pattern and plasticity therapy) is not yet offered her in Australia. I have quit my job as a student doctor at RDH to be Vivienne's full-time carer, and without help, we will likely go broke in a short space of time as we don't have health care insurance overseas and we have a long road ahead of us. But we don't care! Both my husband, Konrad, and myself would rather go completely broke and live in a cardboard box rather than not offer Viv the best chance at being able to live her life to the fullest. We have received advice that this therapy, if undertaken between the 0-3yrs age bracket (so now for Viv), could make a work of difference to the future she experiences i.e. ability to walk with assistance etc. So there really is no question other than to do what we can and just have faith that the rest will be provided. A close friend of mine suggest we create a fundly account just to see what happened as she truly cared about us and knew that people would reach out to us when we are trying to so desperately do everything for our daughter from the bottom of our hearts. And she was right! The support has been so incredible so far that I have to choke back tears of appreciation. Much love, Kelly, Konrad & Vivienne xxx “
