Unmanned Aerial Systems Services Stewart has three licensed remote pilots and can mobilize one of our aircraft in about 24 hours. The process for UAS flights includes: verifying airspace conflicts in flight area; requesting permission from the FAA to fly in congested airspace if necessary; running ground control for projects that require higher accuracies; ensuring a safe flight; and processing the data into a number of deliverables once the flight is complete.
