Sunday 7 June - Sunday 14 June One week in June has been set aside for Networks to proclaim and demonstrate the Gospel in a way that’s simple, relational and local. There is no set template in doing this! You might want to do something simple with your Network like inviting people over for a BBQ and sharing stories of faith. Or, if you live in Hyde Park, maybe you could serve as part of the June Project team? The criteria of success for #LoveLeeds is not measured in numbers, it is measured by the Gospel being shared and relationships being built. As a church, as Networks, how will we #LoveLeeds this June?

It’s important to document the life of our church, so we are looking for a bank of volunteers with competent photography skills to help build our church photo archive. Previous experience necessary but equipment can be provided. Whether you can spare half an hour or a whole day, once a week or twice a year, please let us know so we can get in touch when opportunities arise.

3.30-5.30, Sun 10 May, Centre Come and think about how walking with Jesus, being part of a Church and being single interact. What are the challenges in growing as a disciple as a single person? How can those who are not single support those who are? Practical advice for if you’re single or want to support those who are single. Dinner available for £1 afterwards with student teas.
7pm, Sat 30 May, Centre £5 entry to join an evening of entertainment to raise money for the Bethlehem Centre in Hunedoara. If you would like to volunteer to be part of the entertainment or have an item that you can donate for the auction, or to be involved in any way please contact Paul or Ann.
7.30-9.30pm, Mon 11 May, Church An inspiring and informative evening for people to find out more about what fostering and adoption involves and how to get started. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and meet with people who are also thinking about it as well as those with years of experience.
Hamid has just completed a three-month servant-leadership course at Elam, an Iranian mission organisation. He is a servant-hearted emerging church leader, and Elam have decided to send him to Leeds to start working alongside Mojtaba in ministering to our Farsi Network! Hamid needs a place to stay so if you could offer him a room in your home between 17 May and June, for a week or more, please contact Mojtaba.

Sat 5 July, Snowdonia Could you face a fun challenge that will help to raise money for deprived kids all over Leeds? Zipworld in Wales is home to Europe's longest zipwire. Travelling at up to 100mph over a disused quarry, this is an experience of a lifetime. It costs £60 but if you raise over £300 for Kidz Klub then we will cover this.
