HOLIDAY HORS D’ OEUVRES PARTY MENUS 2010 The prices listed below are based on a minimum count of 50, if your #’s are lower than 50, the price per person will go up 10-20%, and if your #’s are 100 or above the price per person will go down. Our minimum is $750.00 (food & beverage) to cater a party on a weekday, & a minimum of $1000.00 (f&b) to cater a party on Friday or Saturday in the month of DECEMBER (includes Friday & Saturday after Thanksgiving). + Tax + 20% staff fee + rental items you may need.
