SAMPLE Party Menus for Approximately 100 -150 Count (If your count is under 100, your price per person will go up)

I have listed 3 sample menus for you to look over and compare. I have priced these menus for Hard Clear Plastic. If you prefer to use glassware instead, you will need to add the cost of renting the glassware/stainless to the per person prices listed below. Also, you will add to the menu price 20% staff fee, tax & any rental costs (“+++“). If you want beer/wine, you may bring this in for us to serve. There is a bartending charge of $75.00 for Beer & Wine; full bar, the cost is $125.00 ~ per bartender, per bar, for the evening. Light Early Daytime Menu One: Ham and Cheese Pinwheels or Mini Ham Croissants Spinach and Artichoke Bake with Crackers Fresh Fruit Display w/ Honey Yogurt Dip Marinated Veggies & Dip Assorted Imported & Domestic Cheeses and Crackers Assorted Homemade Dessert Bars and Cookies Tea, Soft Drinks or Lemonade (choose 2) Hard Clear Plastic (HCP) Stainless forks and paper napkins

Price: $17.75 pp + tax + staff fee + rental

Afternoon or Evening Menu Two (*): Cajun Chicken Sauté with Homemade Honey Mustard Dip Price: $21.95 pp + tax + staff fee + rental Honey Spiral Ham with Breads and Spreads Filet of Beef Tex-Mex Rollups with Salsa and Guacamole Assorted Marinated Veggies and Dip Assorted Imported & Domestic Cheeses and Crackers Tortellini Pasta Salad with our homemade dressing Assorted Homemade Dessert Bars and Cookies Same as above on drinks and HCP/stainless, etc. Fancy Menu Three (*): Spicy Pork Tostaditas with Chunky Avocado Salsa Char-Broiled Mediterranean Tuna Skewers with Spicy Roasted Tomato Coulis Curried Coconut Chicken Sticks with Papaya Cream Dip Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Pesto Terrine with Crackers Fresh Fruit Display Savory Wild Mushroom Filled Tartlets Italian Caponata Appetizer with Pita Crisps Assorted Homemade Dessert Bars and Cookies Same as above on drinks and HCP/stainless, etc.

Price: $23.50 pp + tax + staff fee + rental

Please consider these as only ideas. You and I can custom create a menu off our Hors d’oeuvres list or from family favorite recipes you would like to have us make. These were priced on a count of 100 to 150, if the # is less, the price per person goes up and vise versa. Our minimum to cater a party is $900.00 +++ for Old Quarters or Cafe and $900.00 and $1250.00 +++ for off premise catering. (+ OQ fee = $300.00 if using our catering facility Old Quarters).
