Dear citizens of DC,

When hurricane Sandy hit America in 2012, I took refuge in DC and fell greatly in love with both the city and its wonderful people.

To express my appreciation for you & DC, I want to pin an enormous “I LOVE DC” aerial photo on the Interstate 395 tunnel chimney near Mount Vernon Triangle!

I LOVE DC When you join I LOVE DC you will get 72 hours in advance an email and text with the exact place, date and time in November (weatherforecast) for the +/- 3 hours photo shoot at a parking near Mount Vernon Triangle.

To realize I LOVE DC we need: 1. to find 175 red and 75 black cars 2. to park them in a I LOVE DC setting 3. to shoot an aerial photo 4. to print a 20x12 ft photo (billboard) 5. to hang the photo at the chimney Photoshoot

During the photoshoot you will get coffee, tea and a sandwhich and besides the aerial photo we will also make a photo of you, your family, friends, etc in the car for a book about the making of I LOVE DC. Start spreading the news
