As the Director of Operations for St. Joe Club & Resorts, I serve a vital role in the daily processes of the Clubs, as well as the development of the company’s core values so that our associates can provide the members with superior customer service. The Executive team and I are committed to uphold St. Joe Club and Resorts Vision statement which is “To build a team of servant-hearted leaders, relentless in the pursuit of hospitality excellence.” As a leader, I am grounded in a hands-on approach with my team and strive to be present at the Clubs on a daily basis.
