Children’s Ministries Stop by the welcome Window on the first floor of Building B on Sunday mornings to check in children. Infants, toddlers, and preschool will be in the “Surf Shack” learning lessons that show God’s amazing love. Elementary-aged children will have combined classes in Building A Room 201 TODAY and July 17. Ride a wave for summer fun! SERVE Backpacks Each year St. Luke’s provides backpacks to the Orange County Social Workers who work with families in need. We are partnering with S.T.A.R.S of West Orange County (Supplies to Assist ouR Students) to maximize purchasing power to provide supplies for almost 1000 students. Backpack tags with donation details will be available from July 17 through July 31. Help sort and pack supplies at S.T.A.R.S (in the West Oaks Mall near JCPenney, Suite 106) on Wednesdays July 13 and July 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Sign up at st.lukes.org/local under "Intergenerational Serving Opportunities".
Jobs Partnership Consider volunteering as a Jobs Partnership Coach or Administrator, and transform the lives of the chronically underemployed by developing their skills. St. Luke’s will offer an informational session TODAY, Sunday, July 10 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Building C Room 200. Sign up at st.lukes. org/local. There is a required one-day training on Saturday, August 6. Coaches serve on Thursday nights, for 12 weeks, starting September 1.

Circles® Youth Program Volunteers Work alongside our staff with activities for children (ages 4-14) in the Circles Youth Program while parents meet separately to achieve economic stability goals. Meet on Tuesdays from 6:40 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at West Orange Church of Christ, 1450 Daniels Road, Winter Garden. Choose the frequency of your commitment. Training/background check required.
