EFFICIENT The simple fact is that intelligence drives efficiency. Integrated intelligence – daylight harvesting and occupancy sensing, full-range dimming, and power monitoring – is built into every rugged, low-wattage LED fixture to maximize energy efficiency.
FLEXIBLE All facilities’ lighting needs vary. And they change over time – sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. The Digital Lumens Intelligent Lighting System offers different optics and lumen output levels, as well as the ability to fine-tune settings at any time with a click of a mouse.
RELIABLE While our system is high-tech, it’s anything but fragile. Our rugged, industrial-grade LED fixtures are proven in some of the most demanding environments in the world, and the LEDs have a calculated lifetime of 200,000 hours.
Introducing Intelligent Lighting Intelligent Lighting System With a network of intelligent fixtures, the Digital Lumens Intelligent LED Lighting System delivers unprecedented levels of energy efficiency, while increasing light levels and providing complete control.

Application Environments
Digital Lumens’ portfolio of intelligent f ixtures are ideal for a broad range of applications — manufacturing, distribution centers, retail, cold storage, transportation depots, sporting facilities, and more. The fixures are rated for temperatures ranging from -40ºF to 122ºF.
Lumen Output
With a variety of output alternatives, facility managers can decide which fixtures are right for them. Higher output f ixtures can be spaced further apart to reduce f ixture count. Or, for higher foot-candle requirements, fixture output and spacing can be managed to easily meet light level targets.
IP Rating
Whether you need IP65-rated fixtures for washdown locations or IP52-rated f ixtures for other location types, the Digital Lumens fixture family will meet your needs.
Optics
The Digital Lumens high bay f ixtures are available in narrow, wide and aisle optics versions, to ensure the light distribution patterns that are right for a broad range of applications.
Color Temperature
Fixtures are available in 5000 and 4000 CCT versions. Your choice will depend on the application environment.
Occupancy Sensing
By integrating occupancy sensing into every f ixture, the Digital Lumens fixtures provide light exactly when and where needed.
Daylight Harvesting
Integrated daylight sensors check for available ambient light and adjust fixture output to compensate. If there is ample light, each f ixture gradually reduces output to conserve energy and increases output only as natural light decreases.
LightRules Integration
LightRules integration enables comprehensive reporting and control for maximum efficiency and flexibility.
Hanging Hardware
With Gripple® hanging hardware, the fixtures are easy to install. Rigid mount hardware is also available.

“Often, lighting solutions look great on paper, but when you test them under actual facility conditions, major issues crop up that, if known in advance, would de facto kill a project,” continued John Mellas. “We tested both a fluorescent and an LED alternative, for example, both of which produced so much glare at the light source that employee complaints were immediate. This observation would not have been possible without the on-site test. Obviously, quality matters and we are thrilled with the results we’ve achieved with Digital Lumens.” – Vector Aerospace
