We are happy to accompany you on your way to the perfect event and it would be our pleasure to have a personal advisement meeting with you. Organizing and implementing the most diverse of events begs a high degree of responsibility, a task that we gladly take on. Four meeting rooms at 240 m2, with a conference capacity of up to 100 people. All rooms are air-
conditioned and may be flexibly combined. Plenty of space for corporate events: seminars, trainings, meetings, product presentations and incentives. A pleasant atmosphere for exclusive meetings in our business suites with a special ambience for smaller meetings, video conferences or workshops. MEET IN THE HEART OF BERLIN COMFORT RATE The COMFORT rate includes rental of the premises and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. Mineral water and apple juice (unlimited), freshly brewed coffee and quality tea (Meinl, Ronnefeldt) help to make ensure “total care.� Look forward to a 3-course menu (two main courses to choose from) or a buffet during the lunch break. If you book a full-day conference, you get two coffee breaks with coffee and tea, sweet and savory snacks and fruit. For short, half-day meetings, you have a choice between a Good Morning Break or a Good Afternoon Break. More information on page 10.

Theatre Seating: for lectures and training, particularly useful if note taking is not necessary, allows the maximum capacity.
U Shape: suitable for panel discussions, as the participants see everyone and the speaker is right in the middle of the group.
Parliament: the most popular seating arrangement, ideal for workshops and training sessions. as well as any kind of event, participants can take notes and the projection screen is visible from every seat.
Block Table: can be set up as one large table in the conference room, for instance, for Management Board meetings of 10-12 persons or as a variation with multiple small blocks. Banquet Seating: seating for festive occasions, eight people per table recommended. 06

Our three air-conditioned business suites on the top floor provide the ideal setting for successful meetings for smaller groups. Between 39 m2 and 80 m2 , the large suites offer the possibility for meetings of up to 10 people. Sleeping and meeting areas are separated. HIGHLIGHT – OUR THEMED ROOMS Feel like John F. Kennedy in the White House with the curtains, the flag pole and the 35th U.S. President’s distinctive rocking chair, all true to the original from the Oval Office in the “Kennedy Room.” The bathroom features a shower and a bidet, faithfully reproduced in all white marble. The “International Style Room” is designed based on the period of 1925 - 1965 and features elements from the time, such as the Wagenfeld lamp, a replica of a historic refrigerator from that era and selective designer furniture from the Bauhaus architect Marcel Breuer.
