VoiceNotes is the solution to meeting the MiFID II record-keeping requirement stating you have to minute all face-to-face meetings that will or may result in a transaction.

The financial industry is changing rapidly in the lead-up to MiFID II regulations, due to take effect in January 2018. Article 16 (7) states that all face-to-face meetings that may result in a transaction must be recorded, which represents a major addition to workloads in the form of endless paper trails and admin. VoiceNotes can help ease the transition by allowing you to dictate your meeting notes from any phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This will result in minuted notes addressing the record-keeping requirement.

All notes are time and date stamped enabling them to be as contemporaneous as they can be versus recording the actual meeting, which isn’t always practical. We are secure and accurate and have 10 years’ track record of meeting IS, IT and data protection regulations. On a practical note we would advise:
