CHALLENGES Everyone Active encountered a set of pressing challenges, including the need for cost-effective technology procurement, efficient asset management, and sustainable practices. They sought to streamline their technology acquisition process and extend the lifecycle of assets while reducing overall costs.

Value-Added Services: • Leveraged Storm’s warehouse for holding stock until assets were ready for deployment. • Processed and provisioned assets, including pre-delivery testing, asset tagging, and imaging, tailored to Everyone Active’s specifications. • Use of OnePortal, in-house proprietary platform developed by Storm, to undertake all collection requests, call off stock and view all stock levels in real-time. 5. Lifecycle Management: • Implemented the Sustainable IT Programme to manage end-of-life assets. • Organised the collection of faulty or obsolete assets from Everyone Active’s Leisure Centres across the UK. • Provided refurbished assets or disposed of them according to Everyone Active’s disposal procedure, reducing waste and supporting sustainability goals.

Comprehensive Technology Procurement: • Procured a wide array of hardware, including PCs, laptops, tablets, monitors, and peripherals. • Facilitated software licenses and network licenses procurement, ensuring that Everyone Active had a holistic technology ecosystem. 2.
