St Paul’s Unlimited Community Partnership (SPUCP) Co-ordinating Body Membership The Coordinating Body is the board of SPUCP, it coordinates the work of the Partnership and is the final decision making body. SPUCP has a membership of 26 people. 14 are Elected Directors: • 1 local resident from each zone (5), • 1 local resident from 4 Black and Minority Ethnic communities, • 1 local resident over 60, • 2 local residents under 18 years, • 2 local residents aged 18 –25 12 are Nominated Directors: • 2 representatives from Bristol City Council, • 2 representatives from local community organizations who have a Management Committees with a majority of local residents and at least one must be Black- led (BDA definition of Black-led), • 1 representative from Avon and Somerset Police, • 1 representative from the local business community, • 1 representative from the Registered Social Landlords, • 1 representative from Primary Care Trust, • 2 representatives from faith communities or 1 Muslim and 1 Christian, • 2 representatives from local schools (primary & secondary).
