St Pauls Unlimited Community Partnership Resignation and Dismissal Representatives will be asked to resign if: • A member of the co-ordinating body fails to attend 4 consecutive meetings and has not given a good reason for their absence they will be asked to stand down from their position. Representatives will be dismissed: • Failure to observe the Code of Conduct could lead to dismissal • A complaint being upheld against the individual • A vote of no confidence in the individual by the Coordinating Body.
