October 6th: Sandy and Bob MacNeil, The South of France in a Self-drive Boat. The Canal du Midi, north to south, navigating 60 plus locks through beautiful countryside. Pull over to a canal side restaurant or forage the local markets. On the Canal du Midi you have it at your pace and your way!
November 9th, 2023 (Please note this will be the 2nd Thursday of the month): Peter Plumb, Sailing Greenland.
June, 2022 Peter Plumb and most of his family and some friends chartered a 75’ steel schooner, the “Sky Dancer”, to explore parts of the West coast of Greenland. The cruise centered around Disko Bay north of the Arctic Circle. For 10 days they cruised among icebergs, icefloe and glaciers, big and small, visiting some of the small local villages that dot the area and the surrounding islands.
