Bring your pets to church for

THE FEAST OF ST. FRANCIS! A CELEBRATION OF CREATION

Sunday, October 2 Everyone is invited to bring pets to the 8:45 a.m. worship service to be followed by the Blessing of the Animals in the Cloister Garden.

8:45 a.m. Worship Service Animals join us for Festival Eucharist. 10:10 a.m. Blessing of the Animals Bring your pets to be blessed by priests in the Cloister Garden. After the 11:15 a.m. Worship Service Animal Blessing An additional pet blessing will take place near the horseshoe driveway. If your pet does not travel well or get along with others, bring a photograph or a stuffed animal to be blessed instead.

“Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” From this week’s lectionary Matthew 11:28 Children’s Chapel and all Sunday School education classes are suspended on this day so that everyone may participate in the celebration.
