Job Description III. Purpose of the job (General description): Responsible first to create the Quality System of the company and then to improve it. Responsible to guarantee the Quality of SAB Nafta products and satisfy our Customers IV. Primary Duties and Accountabilities: (Include key metrics and estimate the percent of working time that each duty requires) ISO 9001 norm implementation ISO/TS 16949 norm implementation VDA 6.3 norm implementation Management and implementation of the Automotive Quality Standards (8D / PDCA / Ishikawa / FTQ / QRQC / Risk Assessments) inside the company

V. Specific Duties 1. Implement the ISO 9001 norm during one year the time SAB Nafta gets the ISO/TS 16949 certification  

Set the basis of the norm thinking about the further standards Take into consideration the existing Quality standards existing within Groupe SAB

2. Implement the ISO/TS 16949 norm after one year   

Get the first certification after one year Maintain the ISO/TS 16949 norm over the years and make the Quality standards stronger over the years Define and set the quality indicators to follow and improve the performances of the plant

3. Implement the VDA 6.3 norm after one year  

Get the first certification after one year Maintain the ISO/TS 16949 norm and make the Quality standards stronger over the years

4. Implement and develop the Automotive Quality Standards  

Set some visual management processes of the Quality (Easy to see the status/ Main information) Create the QRQC management at 3 levels (Production / Quality department / Plant) Create and update the Risk assessments for all the products

  

Set the organization in relation to the business increase (Department resource increase) Train all the team to the respect of the Quality standards (Training program) Develop processes to improve the processes and the products (Suggestions / Motivation / …)

 5. Manage and develop the Quality resources

6. Manage the Customer satisfaction  

Get updated key metrics of SAB Nafta performances (CNQ, Claims, Responsiveness,…) Use the appropriate tools (8D, 5WHY’S, …) to answer to the customers Reach the Yearly quality targets of the customers
