Job Description III. Purpose of the job (General description): Responsible to start the activity of the CNC Machining, Cleaning and Control areas Responsible for the technical management and development of new and existing production lines IV. Primary Duties and Accountabilities: (Include key metrics and estimate the percent of working time that each duty requires) Development of the standards of the Machining (Get the support from the Groupe SAB experts) Setting and follow up of a Master Production Schedule Manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible, reducing costly inefficiencies to a minimum. Making improvements to current operations to improve efficiency Management and implementation of the Automotive Quality Standards in term of Production (Indicators / Visual management / Flows organization…)

V. Specific Duties 1. Implement the standards of the CNC Machining field and Cleaning and Control areas
Organize the production flows Optimize the layout of the production floor as much as possible Standardize as much as possible the production tools and means with the other plants of Groupe SAB in the world
2. Set and follow up the Master Production Schedule
Create a Master Production Schedule which can be updated on a weekly basis after the reception of the customer releases Schedule the production as stable as possible by limiting the customer demand variation
3. Define the production targets to run the production as smoothly as possible

Review, prepare and introduce to management the resources to produce on a monthly basis Control the working hours based on production needs Monitor the costs of production and define the appropriate action plans in case of deviation
Implement and develop the Automotive Quality Standards
Get updated key metrics of SAB Nafta performances (OEE, Extra-time, Head account, …) Develop a productivity action plan at the workshop level
5. Manage and develop the Production resources
Set the organization in relation to the business increase (Department resource increase) Train all the team to the respect of the Production standards (Training program) Develop processes to improve the processes and the products (Suggestions / Motivation / …)

Ability to define production processes and prepare plans, procedures, and instructions Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams, including serving as a leader Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Personal Computer (MS Office and related software) skills, database usage, and project management skills Excellent interpersonal communications, presentation, and facilitator skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
