A QANTAS plane is due to leave Cairo on Wednesday February 2nd to fly to either London or Frankfurt. Consular staff will be on hand at Cairo to assist their citizens. Americans may be flown to either Athens, Istanbul or Nicosia where they will be met by consular staff who will help arrange emergency accommodation and onward travel.
