No more accident during learning

By means of our virtual simulator operators don’t have to worry about collisions. Even if there is the possibility that operative errors or different accident may occur, operators have just to reset machine and switch it on again.
Virtual simulator reproduces all CNC tool machines operations thanks to virtual reality software tridimensional and extremely actual. Thus operator will be able to focus only on those software topics that regard programming of machine without any worry regarding those safety problems linked to use of a real machine.
Instead of standard panels we used an updated digital panel thought for the future market demand. An example: if you need to update your control from 0iMC to 0i-MD, you don’t have to change the whole panel but just to change software.
In this way, pupils can practice with control operations without fearing any damage to machine or people.

Thanks to these simulators students can learn to operate on real CNC machines without worry about normal accident occurring. They can keep exercising without any pressure since they reach a high level of skilfulness.
Virtual simulator allows erasing all costs usually linked to tool machines: materials, tools, maintenance. Also energy costs are drastically reduced.
CHEAP
Training machine simulates cutting processes of a real machine but without wasting materials or damaging tools.
Virtual simulator is equipped with a real operative panel and with a real MPG that has the same operative interfaces of real machines.

Indeed it allows students to be introduced to CNC programming in a virtual environment where they can try and try again processing programs without being worry about damaging machine or/and tools. Result is a higher sensation of being more skilfulness in using real tool machines. Virtual simulator simulates not only numeric control codes but also an intelligent debug function. A reminder will warn if axis doesn’t return to zero or if a collision may happen or if any other error occurs.

3D simulation of a solid model By means of a 3D solid simulation software, operator will be able to observe in a very simple and clear way turning and milling processes. Students’ homework and engineers’ programming codes can be transferred into machine system. This allows machine to start simulation tests. Virtual simulator has a simulation for tool positioning and for moving tool on coordinates. Program uses a tool presetting that measures tool length and a marker that can define part position on XY Cartesian plane of milling.
