To remove dirt and stains from nylon fabric, please use a nylon fabric cleanser for spot cleaning. Never wash with water as it may damage the shape of the bag.
Warranty Stream Trail bags carry a 90-day warranty from date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, fading of products, and deterioration caused by abuse are not considered to be manufacturer defects. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable cost and other fees may be charged. The Stream Trail warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or other personal property carried inside or attached to the outside of products.
