Lisa McCarthy With over 20 years experience working extensively with Fortune 500 marketers, Lisa McCarthy has led high performance sales teams at Univision, Viacom and CBS known for customer focus and generating revenue that required new thinking and behavior. A graduate of Georgetown University, Lisa was named Advertising Age Women to Watch and Crain’s NY Business “40 under 40.” She lives an “overly fulfilled life” in Port Washington, NY with her husband and three children.

Wendy Leshgold

Wendy has spent over a decade as a coach working with executives and organizations across industries to elicit peak performance. Prior to coaching, Wendy spent fifteen years leading senior teams at top advertising agencies in New York and Los Angeles. At Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO and Deutsch, Wendy worked with high-profile brands including Apple, Kodak, IBM and Mitsubishi.
