GiveAShi*t 2021 Collection

The November 30 edition of StreetWise was a full GiveAShi*t takeover, featuring a catalog of all the new designs making their debut this season. GiveaShi*t is the charitable arm of The Daily Planet, Inc. that has teamed with StreetWise and local artists to make limited edition hand-screened designer T-shirts. 100% of profits from every T-shirt sold go to StreetWise and StreetWise vendors. In the last 6 years, GiveAShi*t has raised over $200,000 for StreetWise.

Insperity Community Heroes

Established in 2018, the Community Heroes program honors Insperity clients who serve as both business and philanthropic heroes within their respective communities. Azenity Labs, founded by StreetWise Chairman Emertus Pete Kadens, provides smart infection prevention & commercial disinfecting services to protect staff, students and clients from COVID-19. Azenity selected StreetWise, an organization that offers social services and employment aid to Chicago’s homeless and nearhomeless population, as the recipient of its $5,000 grant.
