Wells-Barnett's home at 3624 S. Martin Luther King Drive. SECOND ROW: Ferdinand Barnett, who married Ida B. Wells in 1895. She hyphenated her name to include his - long ahead of the modern fashion to do so. Ida B. Wells, standing, left, with Maurine Moss, Mrs. Betty Moss, seated, with Tom Moss Jr. Mrs. Moss' husband Tom Moss was lynched in Memphis, March 9, 1982.
