Avis Robinson, MA HIGH POINT, NC
Avis Robinson holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from High Point University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. She has married these two disciplines in a very strategic and impactful way for the purpose of enhancing the body of Christ and her community at large. Avis has presented her message of advanced communication both nationally and internationally and believes it’s one of the most disruptive thoughts on communication in the marketplace today. Avis learned early on in her career, once a problem has been revealed a solution should soon follow; thus, transforming ambition into action. Her teaching approach is said to be “innovative, thought provoking and engaging.” She has ministered to and impacted students ages 6-60. Avis has taught hundreds of classes on Effective Communication, Personal Development and Career Readiness, and believes mastering these skills is nothing short of life altering. Her favorite quote is “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” This is a testament that life is about perspective and change is first realized internally. This approach leads to true empowerment, actualization, peace and freedom. Her passion for effective interpersonal communication surpasses mere words, and encompasses the whole being of the people she has been placed here to serve.

Nikki Glenn GREENSBORO, NC
Nikki Glenn is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is an adopted daughter of the King, the beloved wife of Nicholas Glenn, the PROUD mother of Nia Symone, the only daughter of Julius S. and Donna Greene, the baby sister of Julius A. Greene, and the adored aunt to Evan Chase. Nikki is a graduate of Hampton University and North Carolina A&T and is currently a 7th and 8th grade science teacher at Johnson Street Global Studies in High Point, NC. Nikki is a lover of the Lord and strives daily to allow Him to work through her. Aside from all of her duties as the “preachers wife”, Nikki works with various ministries at her congregation, Sharpe Road church of Christ, including teaching the Little Jewels Sunday School Class, the Evangelism Ministry, and the Ladies Ministry. She is also a member of Soul Purposed. Nikki’s hobbies include spending time with her family (especially her husband, daughter and parents), spending time with friends, worshiping and praising the Lord, shopping and sleeping! Although Nikki refers to several scriptures which help to get her through the highs and lows of life, a constant reference is II Corinthians 4:16-17: “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” Therefore, Nikki is not swayed by the seen, because her eyes are fixed on the unseen.
