Serlesbahn in Mieders opens up the way to a great world of experience and recreation at Koppeneck top station. Hiking and outdoor fans as well as families and those seeking relaxation will get their money’s worth at the foot of the Serles, the high altar of Tyrol. The extensive network of trails leads through magical nature. At the top station, Serlespark is the perfect place for an active day with the whole family. Play and marvel at the white water course, take a ride on the raft or enjoy the view and tranquillity at the crystal-clear lakes. The worm slide and alpine salamander playground are also waiting to be explored: everyone will find their perfect mountain experience here. On the way to the Maria Waldrast monastery, the Koppeneck, Karwendelblick and Serlesblick viewing platforms also offer unique views of the surrounding Tyrolean mountains. Anyone who doesn’t want to explore the landscape on foot can board the Serles train at Serlespark. This runs several times a day to the Maria Waldrast monastery and back again. To round off the day, daredevils speed down the mountain on the spectacular, three-kilometre-long summer toboggan run.
