FORM EVOLUTION METHOD
A corner site with various entry points and access.
The built mass responds to the site profile while creating visual connection with the park.
The built form is raised by a level to create green spaces in the ground floor and parking in the basement.
The large mass is broken into levels to create the working clusters and common spaces.
The vertical cores bring in light till the basement and the negative spaces creating by the working modules act as knowledge sharing areas.
The facades of the form are marked with circulatory spaces which become like interactive hubs while serving movement across the floors.
The arcades provide structural framework anchoring the floor plates, providing stability to the form. Also reduce material used for construction.
The design allows for full natural ventilation and lighting cutting down all maintanence and electricity costs. A lightweighted construction.

MODULAR COMBINATION
A typical working module is created as large and small office with 90sqm and 25sqm each respectively on each floor.
The modules are repeated to create a collective space to serve people of the same discpline or interdiscipline.
The modules are stacked as double height spaces by extending their functionality upwards as a mezzanine floor.
These create central negative green spaces which act as collaborative spaces for discussions and presentations.

THE ERA OF ECOLOGICAL INNOVATION - THE SELF-SUSTAINING MODULE The core concept of the design was to develop a series of systems that would create the framework for a self-sustaining module, whereas the internal layout of the module would change based on the needs of the user. “Change being the new constant”, the architect’s role is merely to design these systems for the people of the future. The systems are self-adaptive and generative, intelligent enough to deal with the external and internal factors of the built environment. A small 10’X10’X10’ module is conceived as a repetitive basic unit, which combines to form various structures in the city scale. These structures again adaptive, and self-generative, evolve as different prototypes based on the need of the hour. Some structures adaptive to the environment on the land and some to the sea and air.
