AT THE CAKE SHOP

It is four o’clock and Karen and Paul Green are going to the cake shop. Today, their mother is thirty-five years old and the children want to buy her a birthday cake. There are twelve beautiful cakes in the shop. Four are pink, three are white, four are yellow and one is brown. The brown one is a chocolate cake. Karen and Paul buy the chocolate cake for their mother. Paul gives the shop worker some money and Karen puts the cake in her bag. At five o’clock, the children give the cake to their mother and sing Happy Birthday. She is very happy.
