Bradley Industries formed in 1990 to supply competitively priced, high-quality equipment for grocery & convenience stores. Throughout the years, our emphasis on proactive customer service has allowed us to provide merchandising solutions to many major retailers, from coast to coast. Today, we are proud to be a womanowned business.

Bradley Industries is continually focused on supplying AMERICAN made products. This allows us to keep our fixtures competitively priced since we are a build to order manufacturer. All our raw materials are grown and sourced in the United States. From the harvesting of lumber to the sawmill processing, to the delivery of the lumber to our factory and all along the way, a USA job is either created or kept secure. When working with us you are supporting not only Bradley Industries jobs, but jobs throughout the USA.

We are centrally located in St. Louis, Missouri, which helps reduce shipping costs and our carbon footprint. Since all orders are built to order, we can offer one of our standard merchandising designs, or create a completely custom design. With each custom merchandising system, we supply a computer aided drawing (CAD), so each project can be reviewed and approved before the fixture is built.

Terms and Conditions

· Terms: Cash in advance unless determined otherwise with credit approval.

· Prices: F.O.B factory / plant (St. Louis, MO)

· Quotes: Valid for 30 days from the quotation date

· All returns and pre-paid order cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking charge and must have return authorization approval. All parts / finished goods approved for return must be in acceptable resale condition as determined by Bradley Industries. Custom Merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable. Freight charges on returns must be prepaid.

· Bradley Industries reserves the right to make changes, including, but not limited to, design, additions, and improvements to its products without imposing any obligation to itself to install them on previously manufactured products.

Warranty

BRADLEY INDUSTRIES warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of product shipment.

Under this warranty, BRADLEY INDUSTRIES liability is specifically limited to replacing or repairing, F.O.B. BRADLEY INDUSTRIES factory, at our option, any part of the product determined by BRADLEY INDUSTRIES to be not in conformance with this warranty. This warranty does not include any on-site repair or replacement costs.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which is abused, repaired, altered or acts of God without our acknowledgment and/or consent.
