Since 1946
Located in Espinho, in the north of Portugal, Ferreira de Sá was founded in 1946
by Joaquim Ferreira de Sá, and it is currently one of the oldest existing companies producing traditional hand-made rugs.
It started off as a small manufacturer but quickly evolved to a large-scaled
organization. An industrial unit was created, with modern equipment and facilities, without neglecting the origins and tradition of the art of weaving. Since all the carpets are custom made, every project is unique and personalized, bearing in mind the clients’ personalities and tastes.
