Born 1966 in Glasgow, Scotland, lives and works in Tasmania, Australia. Anne Morrison completed her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Glasgow School of Art in 1988, Master of Arts from Royal College of Art London in 1990, and Doctor of Philosophy from Fine Art TSAH University of Tasmania in 1999. From 1989 to date, Morrison had mounted numerous solo and group exhibitions in various galleries and art spaces in Australia, United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore. Among the list of awards and grants received were: Elizabeth Greenshields Award, Canada (1988), The John Minton Travel Award, Royal College of Art London (1989), Commonwealth Universities Scholarship 3 years, Australia (1995), and Rimbun Dahan 12 Months Arts Residency, Malaysia (2003). Morrison’s works are in the collections of Derwent Art Collection Tasmania, Artbank Australia, Devonport Regional Gallery, Royal College of Art London, Scottish Art Council, University of Tasmania, and many private collections regionally and internationally.

Born 1971 in Yogyakarta, lives and works in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Bob Sick Yudhita graduated from Indonesia Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta. Strongly influenced by JeanMichel Basquiat, Bob’s paintings are spontaneous and filled with poetry and thoughts. Upon receiving the prestigious Affandi Award in 1994, Bob continued to explore pain and bliss, and true meaning of painting through his process of work and creation. From 1999 to date, Bob had participated in countless group exhibitions in various cities in Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He had mounted 8 solo exhibitions in Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Semarang, and Hong Kong.

Born 1974 in Pontianak, lives and works in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Hanh (Handra Halim) graduated from Indonesia Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta in 1998 with a BA (Hons) in Visual Art Communication. Seeing art-making process as a humble activity no higher than other daily routines like waking up in the morning and brushing teeth, Hanh strives to create light-hearted works that prompt contemplation without being too heavy. Hanh had exhibited in several venues in Indonesia, among which was Yogyakarta Art Biennale in 2007 and 2009; and Katalis Art Forum in 2009.

Born 1975 in Semarang, lives and works in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Istasius Animamix (Istasius Praditya) completed his studies from Indonesia Insitute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta in 1997, majoring in Visual Communication & Design. As one of the founding members of House of Natural Fibers (HONH), a New Media art laboratory based Yogyakarta, Istasius continued to explore his process of art making by combining languages he picked up along the way of his practice as a designer and an installation / performance artist. To date, Istasius had participated in several group exhibitions in various venues in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Born in 1975 in Taiping, Perak, lives and works in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Khairul Azmir Shoib (Meme) graduated from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) Shah Alam Malaysia, with Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1997, BFA (Hons) in 2000, and Masters of Arts, Fine Arts and Technology in 2004. Apart from lecturing in universities, Meme had participated in numerous group exhibitions in various institutions and galleries in Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. With his paintings and installations, Meme takes us further into the other side of what seemed to be an innocent fairytale, into more complex labyrinth of strange stories and tales of deeper mysteries and nightmares. Khairul Azmir Shoib (Meme) was the recipient of Juror’s Award from Young Contemporary, National Art Gallery KL in 2000; and 1st Prize in Life Drawing Competition from National Art Gallery KL in 2005.

Born 1975 in Malaysia, lives and works in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Umibaizurah Mahir received Bachelor in Fine Arts (Hons) from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) Shah Alam Malaysia in 2000. Since 1997, she has participated in exhibitions in various spaces in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, and Pakistan. Umibaizurah represented Malaysia in the 2009 Jakarta Ceramics Biennale. She was among the Top 10 Winners of The Young Contemporaries 2006 by The National Art Gallery Malaysia, and was awarded Top 5 Winners for her collaboration with children in making clay sculpture at the Tokoname City Culture Hall, Aichi, Japan. Umi’s works are collected by various institutions and private collectors: National Art Gallery Malaysia, Petronas Gallery Malaysia, Asia Arts Network Seoul Korea, and Aliya & Farouk Khan Collection, Malaysia.

Born 1978 in Denpasar, lives and works in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Uuk Paramahita graduated from the Institute of Art (STSI) Bali with Bachelor in Fine Arts in 2003. Since 1997, Uuk had participated in several exhibitions in various galleries and art spaces regionally and internationally. Uuk was the finalist of Nokia Art Award in 2001, and his work was featured in the 13th Asian Art Biennale in Dhaka, Bangladesh (2008). He was also part of the group exhibition Wajah Wajahjunge Gesichter der Indonesischen Malerei at Agon e.v, Univeristat Passau, Germany (2008).
