THE MAIN CHALLENGE IS HOW TO DIVIDE THE EXISTING PLOT SURFACE IN THE BEST FUNCTIONAL AND EFFICIENT POSITIONS, ALLOWING THAT EACH HOUSE CAN FUNCTION WITH IT’S OWN PRIVACY AND AN OPEN ALIGNMENT TO THE SEA HORIZON, HAVING ALSO THE BENEFITS OF THE BEST NATURAL LIGHTING AND VENTILATION EXPOSURE CONDITIONS; •

THE PLOT IS CONSIDERED AS A FULL BLANK SHEET SURFACE – ALL THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTIONS WILL BE DEMOLISHED;
