Sahara Projector Replacement Lamp Policy Replacement lamps will be warranted for the balance of the warranty (page 6). If projector lamp fails more than once during the warranty period from Sahara’s date of invoice, projector may be recalled for examination. Replacement lamps purchased outside of warranty period will be guaranteed for 90 days or 500 hours from Sahara’s date of invoice. Applies to Sahara Protector 2 and Sahara S3200.

Projector Usage Warning It should be noted that no LCD ultra portable or lightweight projectors are designed to withstand excessive use over long periods. Doing so may shorten the life of the lamp and cause overheating of the unit. For constant use in theatres, malls and auditoria, installed projectors should be considered as they are built to withstand the rigours of continued usage. They are also not recommended for dense smokey areas, where damage to the lamp may result. In this instance it is recommended that a smoke box is used. These comments do not apply to DLP projectors
