Graymarsh Firth Limited (GMFL) is a British manufacturer of quality timber Furniture for educational and institutional environments. Our customers are Catalogue & Mail-Order companies, Local Authority’s, Purchasing Consortiums, Architects, Building Contractors and national and international Trade Distributors. The company has four manufacturing sections supplying warehousing and distribution.

Contract Machining The contract line is fully equipped with CNC machining, panel conversion, straight and shaped edging. This line is committed to producing cabinet, shelving and desking panels.

Joinery and Cabinetry All traditional timber manufacturing is undertaken by our Joinery and Finishing section.

Assembly A significant proportion of our furniture is supplied fully assembled.

Art Detailing Manufactures the feature panels for the crèche and primary market.

Packaging, Warehousing and Distribution The company runs its own transport division ensuring full control of quality and delivery.

All panels produced for cabinets are edged with durable 2mm Impact resistant PVC, machine applied by a hot-melt process. All edges are rounded for safety. It is best effective when used in all combinations. Each unit comes with two cabinet to cabinet fixings. More cabinets can be added year on year. Its not just a storage solution but also can be a presentation structure for class work or current themes. Why not build a Pyramid for Egyptian artefacts. Each modular unit is twice as high as wide or, if you turn it round, twice as wide as high, allowing you to make endless combinations that can easily be relocated. • Manufactured from 18mm beech MFC with tough PVC edges • All units can be used with 6 shallow trays, 3 deep trays or up to 6 shelves • All units are supplied with tray runners and connecting bolts • Units can be stacked two high, or turned on their sides to make deeper storage compartments • Units can be made mobile using base plate with castors • Standing upright, unit measures 361W x 480D x 722H mm Please state colour choice of trays when ordering Carcass units are beech. All edges are finished with a impact resistant 2mm PVC edge. An extremely robust and cost effective system that gives a fully fitted result from a product assembled by your-self or, where required, by fitters that can be organised by ourselves. This is the real alternative to ugly metal shelving with its soft timber appeal. The system is based on starter (ST) and extension (AD) units making Nexus both flexible and cost effective. SAVANNAH STAGING SYSTEM This is a great looking, strong, lightweight and practical staging system suitable for school plays, performances and presentation events. All modules are available in four heights. The platform frame is manufactured from 60 x 22mm solid maple, supported by 12mm Birch Plywood top & legs. Each module is carpeted with colour of your choice. The system has been designed for easy assembly by children and staff. Set A takes a maximum of 20 minutes including the fitting and tightening of connection bolts provided for a safe and secure set-up. Take down and storage couldn’t be easier, the legs fit neatly inside the top frame which can be stored in this useful trolley designed to hold all modules required for any of the three Set Options.
