Our primary business is to provide the best driven Job seekers, matching and supporting them into the right opportunities. We work with organisations in all industries, acting a matching service provider. For a fixed fee of ÂŁ195 + vat, we list your vacancies on our careers job board, we sift through CVs, to find you the right Job seekers. We have access to a central CV database of skilled/unskilled, qualified for various roles.We provide you with up to 5 suitable Job seekers to choose from. We provide the referencing once you have chosen your ideal job seeker. All for ÂŁ195 + vat. That is less than listing your role on some job boards. This model has proved successful for many organisations, providing unemployed Job-seekers with the platform to connecting them with right organisations. Some resourcing agencies can lose the right people due to costs implications or not being aware of advertised roles.

THE MODEL PROCESS

10 Employment unique focus is on the overall prevention of the increasing claimants having recently made a new fresh claim from graduating into either STU OR LTU’s

In signing up for a ‘fresh claim’ newly job seekers are given six weeks in which to seek employment through 10 employment.

From when a customer has signed on, having been made recently redundant, we have within six weeks of ensuring that the customer is placed back into employment as a returning back to work jobseeker. These examples can be judged from the following scenarios SCENARIOS

• Recently made redundant individuals

who have not being able to find a job and are nearing evidentially signs of ‘job desperation’ and planning to ‘sign on’

• Those who have been made redundant and have lived on savings for more than five weeks, having found no work and are now seeking other means of support by making a fresh claim • Individuals who have just ‘signed on’ through the Job Centre and are left to search the job market

• Those who are within the interim of

having made a JSA claim online and have received a letter to come in and complete claim.

Our aim is to work with organisations to help them find the right people. 10 Employment is about effective partnership working and this continues to be a guiding principle. Firstly, at the national level, it is essential that we continue to ensure an effective match between the ranges of employability services by encouraging Organisations – through Corporate Responsibility.

We aim to encourage the further alignment of employability and skills services for the benefit of both Job-seekers and Employers. For those seeking work, we identify a range of suitable job Seekers for local employability partnerships to consider, such as improving data-sharing and seeking opportunities (permanent work & work placement opportunities) for the colocation of services. We talk to or partners to find out what skills and qualifications they need before running customised training sessions or setting up some work experience. We do not believe in charging excessive fees, our service is fixed referral Fee recruitment, starting from ÂŁ195 + vat per a Job-seeker.To discuss becoming a partner please contact the office.

We sift through CVs and Headhunt suitable Jobseekers. We Connect you with Suitable Jobseekers We provide you with up to 5 suitable Jobseekers, You can then contact the Job-seekers from the short list to discuss the role and the Job-Seeker suitability.
