Stuti Anand PG (Retail Exhibition Design)- MIT Institute of Design, India B.DES - National Institute of Fashion Technology,India Currently persuing a Post graduate diploma in Retail and Exhibition Design. Prior to this, I gained experience in designing leather accessories, bags and packaging for global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, NEXT and Guess through my role as a designer at an export house based in Chennai, India. During my under graduation I interned in Colorplus fashion brand as a visual merchendiser for 6 months. the profile allowed me to understand store functioning, merchandise placement, window displays, layouts etc. Also, I participated in following design competitions:-AUDITIONS by World Gold Council (Winner) -Handbag Design by Rocky S (Top 5) -Opium Eyewear Design (Top 5) -Madhya Pradesh State Bamboo Mission (Participation) etc. Through these pages I am looking for avenues to enhance my exposure, experience and contribute in Retail and Space industry.

Concept 01 Attributes: -Horizontal stable design, Good storage capacity -Optimum handle height -Materials used are metal pipes, plastic crates. (easily available, longevity) -Minimalistic canopy design with optimum cover. -Good product visibility, Easy merchandise accessibility

-Three wheel balance -Easy steering through with a castor wheel -The cart occupies less space when closed. -Well protected from stray animals -Storage cabinet: 300mm X 1000 mm X 800mm -Maximum number of crates : 11

The Bookshelf is made from 18mm MDF board. The dimensions (approx) are 3 ft(length) X 3 ft(width) X 1ft(Depth). The joints are dry and the planks are placed at 90 degrees to each other. This design is a wall mounted piece. it has ample of storege for Novels, magazines and coffee table books.
