Ned Poulter, CEO & Founder of Conservant Studio, commented:
"I'm a little embarrassed to admit that, as someone who's lived in and around Greater Manchester for the past ~15 years, my travels hadn't ever taken me to Rochdale. This changed when Conversant Studio were invited to work in conjunction with Rochdale BID and Rochdale Borough Council in an effort to help promote the fantastic independent food and drink venues the town has to offer.
"Contrary to popular belief, there's only so much staging that you can do shooting food and drink, what really makes you stand out is having excellent product made with quality ingredients. This was exactly what we saw in the multiple venues we shot at. Both me and the team couldn't believe what we'd been missing out on!
"We're incredibly excited to continue our work in helping to raise awareness for the town centre's excellent food and drink offering, helping it to bounce back from a very difficult couple years of trading. I see no reason why Rochdale shouldn't be regularly mentioned alongside the likes of other Greater Manchester 'foodie hotspots' like Altrincham, Didsbury, Stockport, and Sale."

Paul Ambrose, Rochdale BID Manager commented:
"As the town centre continues to evolve at its centre will be the growing and exciting food and drink offer which is being led by group of independents who care passionately about the centre.
"Working with the Council and Conservant Studio provided venues with the opportunity to promote their outstanding products and I hope this video helps patrons to find their new favourite local venue, support old favourites, and discover another reason to love Rochdale Town Centre."
