Muslim Hikers explore the borough's beauty spots

Muslim Hikers, the largest community in the world for Muslims interested in the outdoors, recently held a breathtaking hike through some of the borough’s beauty spots around Littleborough, exploring Hollingworth Lake, Rishworth Moor, Blackstone Edge and The Pennine Way.

Founder Haroon Mota commented: "Our recent hike was a testament to the incredible natural beauty that Rochdale has to offer, and I'm thrilled that our participants had the opportunity to experience it firsthand.

"It was truly a memorable journey filled with camaraderie, adventure, and a deep appreciation for the wonders of nature. We would like to thank Rochdale Borough Council and Rochdale Borough Festival of Ideas for partnering with us to make this possible. We have hiking events all across the country taking place every month. Anyone can get involved regardless of faith or background."
