SUNSHINE PLAZA
from Style | June 2023
by Style Media
Calling all skin, hair, and makeup lovers! Head to Sunshine
Sunshine Plaza may be a leading destination for shopping and dining, but it’s also a one-stop shop for all things beauty.
In need of some new makeup or skincare products? Shop all the latest in beauty at Mecca (we’re currently crushing on The Brightening Edit by Mecca Cosmetica), Sephora, David Jones, or Myer. As for luxury skincare and body products, L’Occitane and The Body Shop are your first port of call. L’Occitane has everything from cleansers and moisturisers to body scrubs and hand lotions (their shea butter and honey range smells divine!), while The Body Shop is leading the way when it comes to ethical, high-quality products. Did you know around half of their products are vegan?
Our favourite part is the majority of these brands follow a sustainable approach. For example, Mecca offer a refill and recycle service, Sephora offer a recycling program, as do L’Occitane and The Body Shop. Sunshine Plaza recently launched The Good Day Collective, which highlights all the good things brands are doing in the centre.
And if you’re heading out to an event anytime soon, or just in need of a skin refresh, Sunshine Plaza also has a variety of places where you can go and get beauty treatments done. If you’re after a relaxing yet still results-drive treatment, we’d recommend heading to Endota Spa or Pure Indulgence. Both beauty spas offer a number of luxurious facial and massage packages that will leave your skin looking and feeling radiant.
As for all your laser, injectable, and skincare needs, a visit to Clear Skincare Clinics or Silk Laser Clinics will not disappoint. Both clinics offer everything from bio-remodelling and dermal fillers to micro needling and LED light therapy. And if you’re on the hunt for the best eyebrow specialists on the Sunny Coast, look no further than Shine Beauty.
With easy, breezy shopping, familyfriendly entertainment, places to unwind and beautify, or dining experiences that you’ll be talking about for weeks, Sunshine Plaza has everything you’re looking for, and more.
Noosa Marina
This river life hub is the perfect day trip escape from busy Noosa.
Planning a trip to Noosa? Well, it won’t be complete without spending some time at Noosa Marina. This river life hub is located on the banks of Noosa River and offers up a plethora of entertainment and dining options. Here you’ll find a selection of restaurants, such as Café VinCino, Harbour Wine Bar, and Lucio’s Marina (it wouldn’t be a visit without a reservation here – the view is just incredible), specialty stores like The Collection, The White House (ideal for those who have always dreamt of having an allwhite house), Harbourside Hats, as well as beauty salons.
As for activities, there’s plenty to do and see! Cruise the tranquil Noosa River with a glass of champers in hand, go deep-sea fishing, head out on a dolphin safari, or try your best at hot yoga.
And if you’re visiting over the weekend, we’d recommend strolling through their famous Sunday markets. The Noosa Marina Markets operate every Sunday from 8am to 1.30pm. Browse through many new stalls, as well as their regular stall holders, and enjoy live music. So, what are you waiting for? Eat, drink, and enjoy! NOOSA MARINA 2 PARKYN

Hola Eumundi
Calling all art lovers! Your perfect getaway awaits at HOLA Eumundi.
Whether you’re looking for some quality time with your loved one, in need of a solo retreat to recharge your batteries, or planning your next girls’ weekend, HOLA (House of Local Art) Eumundi is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Nestled in the heart of Eumundi Village – aka, the creative hub of the Sunshine Coast – you’ll find the boutique accommodation next to local favourite Imperial Hotel, which is home to Eumundi Brewery and Eumundi Distillers (a must-do when you’re visiting!). HOLA is also across the road from the world-famous Eumundi Markets and an easy 20-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Noosa.
While the location is a big part of the appeal, holiday-goers also flock to HOLA for another reason: art. The boutique accommodation is made up of 15 rooms, all individually furnished with authentic timber furniture, natural linen soft furnishings, bamboo and cotton throws, and locally handcrafted ceramics. However, probably the coolest part is that every artwork in the hotel has been created by a local Sunny Coast artist.
So, if you’re in need of an art-filled holiday, head to holaeumundi.com.au today and book your mesmerising escape. Oh, and if you’re planning a trip sooner rather than later, the famous Hinterland Craft Beer Festival will be back on Saturday 24 June.
