In 2017, Braydin Huynen and David Borley recognized a growing demand for custom home builds, particularly for infill developments. With extensive experience in the building industry, which includes completing more than 500 singlefamily homes and nearly 500 multi-family units, Huynen and Borley launched Dwell Design Homes to meet the pent-up demand. They’ve never looked back.

The Dwell Design Homes team has since built 10 of the homes in the 386 Beaverbrook residential development in the coveted River Heights area, and has revitalized sites in other established areas within the city limits.
