StreetSide Developments launches their first midrise condominium development in Sage Creek

Sage Creek, a vastly growing community in the Southeast corner of Winnipeg is adding another multi-family option for homebuyers. Sage Village by StreetSide Developments is the first midrise condominium development of its kind in the area and is set to launch for pre-sales in July 2023.

Built by Winnipeg’s leading condominium developers, StreetSide Developments, A Qualico company, Sage Village offers a new perspective to the burgeoning community, with condos designed to complement owner’s everyday routine. Located on Sage Creek Boulevard, just steps from the amenities of the Village Centre, the five-storey midrise building will have 73 two- and three-bedroom units, with private balconies, designer finishes and fantastic building amenities.

The site is being developed in conjunction with Qualico Properties to achieve a cohesive site plan, architectural design and pedestrian flow. Commercial retail units will be developed along Burning Glass Road, with the Sage Village condominium building set back further in the site to the east.

Sage Village Condominiums will bring more diversity for homeownership within the community, and StreetSide Developments is planning for its sales launch this summer, with first possessions anticipated for late 2024.
