SO, HERE ARE FOUR TIPS TO MAKE 2023 YOUR MOST INCREDIBLE YEAR YET!
1Take some time to reflect on and get really clear on what you really want for you. Use language that is specific and positive outcome orientated. We tend to find it so easy to say what we don’t want and quite difficult to be really clear about what we actually want. The more specific your language, the more specific your results.

2Once you are clear on what you want, get ready to visualise yourself already having achieved what you want. Really imagine what it would look, sound and feel like to have successfully achieved your goal. By imagining your desired outcome, your subconscious mind starts working towards making it a reality. It’s a technique that has been used by successful athletes, business leaders, and entrepreneurs for years. When we visualise our goals, we activate the same neural pathways in our brain that we would if we were actually experiencing them. This helps us to focus our attention and energy on what we want to achieve, which in turn helps us to manifest it in reality.

Did you set a goal for 2023? If you did, are you still feeling motivated or are you starting to feel a bit discouraged as things aren’t going quite as you hoped? Maybe, you started the year feeling unstoppable, yet already it’s feeling like hard work and you’re finding your energy levels are dropping. Before you start beating yourself up, know there is nothing wrong with you.
It’s just that we’re not really taught how to set our goals in a way that is aligned with how our mind works. Here I share four tips to get you started on setting your goals so you can get amazing outcomes for you.
The great news is that you don’t have to wait for the start of another year to get going. You can use this approach any time you want to make changes in your life.
3Usually, the biggest obstacle to us living a life we love is (drum roll please)... ourselves. Ask yourself, do I believe I can achieve this outcome? Journal about what comes up and identify if there are any beliefs, thoughts or emotions that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. When you know what is holding you back, you can decide to let them go.
4 Finally, create a series of tiny steps that you need to take towards your goal. By breaking down or goals into small, manageable tasks, we are more likely to stay motivated and on track to achieving our ultimate goals. Plus, there is more opportunity to celebrate along the way!
