Lorraine joined Westquay as the Branch manager on the 18th June 2018 and she has never looked back after two and half years of helping to build a very successful business opportunity where we consistently sell properties throughout Cardiff and the Vale. • Lorraine has over 33 years of Estate Agency experience and is Westquay’s Sales Valuer and she is always looking for new opportunity’s and customers to maximise the business. Harriet Williams

Harriet joined the team as lettings manager in 2018 and has taken lettings in the business from strength to strength where she has built a large portfolio of properties Harriet has prepared herself for the upcoming regulation of the estate agency industry and is ARLA registered in the Residential letting and property management. The rapid growth in the lettings business has, of course, brought with it a rising number of new properties and her workload has more than doubled since she joined the business. Harriet gives 100% support to a large number of Tenants and Landlords as she is both ambitious, self-motivated and a good communicator.

Part-Time Sales and Lettings Negotiators

Lauren joined the team in November 2019 as a lettings negotiator and is a highly thought of as a key member of the team having previously had 9 years’ experience in the lettings and housing market. Lauren as our senior Letting Negotiator has become the public face of our lettings department and the key person who deals with our landlords and tenants. A good communicator and skilled at letting properties.

Carys recently joined the team at Westquay and has quickly adapted to the key roles of Lettings and Sales Negotiator, Carys is the public face of the team and carries out the important tasks of view properties with our potential customers and is an excellent communicator and helps people along the way to purchasing or letting a property.
