HERBAL TEAS & By Lauren Hugh Their Benefits

Hearing someone say they drink herbal tea instantly puts them into the category of a “holier-than-thou” persona to most people. People who drink herbal tea have the knowledge you need and are taking full advantage of the benefits. There are herbal teas to help with anything you can think of — Need sleep? Yep, there’s an herbal tea for that. Need energy? Yep, there’s an herbal tea for that as well. We could do this all day but instead, I’d like to take this time to inform the misinformed in a more progressive way. Herbs, spices, and plants — everyone has read at least one article in their life about the medicinal qualities of the aforementioned.
