The buildings are divided into two blocks; Data Centre and Office blocks. The Data Centre block and its ancillary service rooms are placed at the back of the site and the Office block faces the frontage, according to their privacy tier. Office floor is raised to create an open space on the ground. The open space shall integrate with the landscape as public realm.

Aesthetic for Facade
Facade design is inspired by binary codes that runs vertically. Binary codes are actively used in data storage. Facade’s solid and voids follows the random combination of the digit 0 and 1 in the codes. The design allows selective penetration of lights into the building which shall reduce glares.

A section of the elevated walkway shows the concept of a car-free zone on the upper floor (Level 5) where people can move around on foot, via e-bike, e-scooter, or e-buggy systems which is readily available on its dedicated lanes.
Generic Cross-section
The diagrammatic cross-sections shows the relationship between the ground floor with the rest of the spaces at various heights. Due to the site being a flood-prone area, the ground level to be flood-free based on ‘100-year’ flood level (to be ascertained by a hydrologist) and roads to be built on stilts.
Green roof that extends the public realm and dedicated zone for PV panels
Curvilinear towers above the podium connected by the elevated walkway
Series of skycourts and garden terraces connecting the green from ground floor to rooftop
