Lyle represents 334 of the 1,053 units being brought to North Texas under the strategic joint venture between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Equity Residential.

KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout Texas, has broken ground on Lyle, a 334-unit, five-story said Brian Webster, President of KWA Construction.

Lyle is expected to be completed in Fall 2024 and will be KWA Construction’s fourth project for Toll Brothers Apartment Living, having completed Kilby in Frisco in 2021.

Lyle was designed by award-winning GFF Architects to include immersive and engaging amenities that offer a social and serene environment. Amenities will include a resortstyle pool and lounge, zen courtyards, a state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking spaces, a pet spa and a game room. The community will also provide ample parking with a six-level, 475-space garage.
